Michael was careful to understand the things I wanted out of both the house I bought, and the area I would end up living in. Throughout the process of finding a home, he was proactive in finding properties that suited my needs, especially as new options came on the market. He made sure to understand how I felt about the homes we looked at and adjusted his own searches accordingly. It took time to home in on a home that I felt good about, but by the time we found the right one, he and I both knew it, and we moved quickly to close on the property.

As a first time home-buyer, I had a learning curve to get up, and Michael was careful to answer any questions I had, as well as to point out things I hadn’t thought to ask about. This included bringing a lot of experience to finding potential issues with construction of the homes we looked at, as well as the condition they were in when we walked through the houses.
